Your order will typically ship within 48 hours, but please read on as there are of course exceptions to this rule. Orders only ship Monday through Friday, except for all major holidays. Most orders will be shipped the next day. Orders placed over the the weekend, starting on Friday, will not ship till the following Monday. Pre-orders will ship as noted on the product page. Please Note - any other products ordered in conjunction with a pre-order item will NOT ship until the pre-order ship date!

As stated in our shipping policy, we only ship to certain countries. If you live outside our shipping area you may try buying the item directly from our distributor Carrot Top Distribution, LTD., or a larger online retailer such as Amazon.

Ah yes. If you live within the US your order should take, on average, no more then one week from shipping date to arrival date. Customers outside of the US should allow upto two weeks from shipping date for arrival of their order. We ask that our Italian customers allow upto three weeks as Italian customs, for some odd reason, seems to take the longest of any country we ship to. Please, if your order has not arrived in the above time frames contact us and let us know as soon as possible. Thanks!

First, please read the above "HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?". If your order has taken longer then stated above, then please contact us via email at webstore@quitescientific.com. We'll get you your stuff one way or another, no worries.

If for some reason your order arrives defective, 'cause we know there would be no other reason to return such lovely music, please return the defective item within 10 business days to the following address and make sure to include a note stating the reason for the return and an address which we can ship a brand new shiny right-off-the-line replacement to.

Chill, this just means the item you want is either a digital only release, or the item has sold out. This should be posted on the item page right next to the top right corner of the item picture.
